Dental Assistant - Perth-Andover Dental
About us:
A rural practice, with family-like atmosphere that supports a large region for their dental needs.
We are growing and are looking to add to the staff someone who is willing to learn, work together as a team and provide patients with a calming atmosphere while they visit.
Previous work experience as a registered dental assistant or work in dental office is considered an asset as we like to cross-train.
Schedule:
Monday- Thursday 8am to 5pm. Friday 8am to 4pm. No weekends or evenings!

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them
• Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps
• Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database
• Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
• Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts
About You:
• Be a registered DA with clinical experience
